Ceremony Information

In order to better orchestrate your wedding and to allow you the opportune time for your wedding ceremony, the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, Chicago has flexible start times. A ceremony fee of $6.00 per chair which also includes rehearsal the week of your wedding.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial nonrefundable deposit of $3,000.00 is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. A deposit schedule will be written at the time of the contract.

Guest Accommodations

A room block with discounted overnight room rates may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, Chicago. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon.

Linens

The following table linen and napkin colors are available: white, ivory and black. Specialty fabrics, linens and chair covers are available upon request at an additional charge.

Security

Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, Chicago will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your catering manager. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
